How do I book a private cruise?
Send us a DM, email at captain@hahncharter.com or use the contact form. Let us know your preferred date and timings, group size and any special requests. We’ll get back to you with availability and a tailored offer.
What areas do you cruise in?
We operate in Stockholm city, the archipelago, along the Swedish Baltic coast and in Lake Mälaren. Whether you want urban views or a secluded island getaway, we’ve got you covered.
How long are the cruises?
Cruises start from 3 hours and can be extended to full-day or even multi-day trips. Let us know what you’re planning and we’ll customize it to your needs.
What’s included in the charter?
All charters include a professional captain and crew as well as diesel, insurance, berth fees and lock fees. Add-ons like chefs, bartenders, drinks, catering, music or guided tours can be arranged on request.
Can we swim or stop on islands?
Yes! Swimming stops and island visits are popular options in the summer. Let us know what you’d like to experience.
Are your cruises customizable?
Our cruises are tailor-made for each group, allowing you to choose your preferred departure time and decide exactly where you’d like to go and how you’d like to spend your time. We’re happy to recommend a route based on your interests, with optional stops along the way.
Do you arrange corporate events or transfers?
Yes, we frequently host company events, client entertainment and transfers. We also work with event planners and agencies.
Do you work with travel agents or concierges?
Absolutely. We collaborate with agents to create premium experiences for their clients. Contact us for details.
How many people can the yacht hold?
Capacity varies depending on the yacht and the nature of the event. Our Princess is certified for up to 40 passengers; for cruising, we recommend a maximum of 25 guests. Our Colombo has a capacity of 12 guests. DM or email us with your group size and we’ll recommend the best option.
How far in advance should we book?
Summer dates book fast, but if we have an open slot we can cruise within hours from request. If you’re planning something special we recommend booking early to secure your preferred date!
What food and drink options are available on board?
We offer catering of food and provide drinks according to agreement. It is also possible to bring your own snacks, food and drink, with the exception of red wine.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Our standard cancellation terms will be included in your offer. For custom events, we’ll clarify all terms before booking.
